Without concepts like beauty and love, art would not be complete. Especially at a time when our world needs love and beauty more than ever, despite threats such as war, violence and epidemics. My work is a constant search to show love and beauty as the saviour of our current world. As an artist, I work with a medium that I first discovered as a child as a platform to express my love for this world: paper and paint. Each of my artworks is a reference to the idea of love and beauty. A concept that I found pure in Eastern literature. What the great poets of the East have said about love and beauty has been my motivation in creating my works. I love the idea that art is a tool for uplifting our souls. If a viewer stops for a moment to see and reflect on the work I have created, and a part of my thoughts and feelings are transferred to them, I have succeeded in my work.
